WHAT IS PRE-OP, POST-OP & NON-OP TRANSWOMAN MEANS?

What is the difference or definition of PRE-OP, POST-OP or NON-OP transwoman? Do you have an idea what is this? So where you belong? And are you ready for SRS? And What is SRS? To answers these questions these are all terminologies regarding operations of a transwoman.

The meaning of Pre-op, Post-op & Non-op Transwoman

Hello everyone! I just put myself for an example that I’m proud to say that I belong in pre-op transwoman, no SRS yet but undergo my Hormonal Replacement Therapy procedure.
Do you know why I’m pre-op? Simply because someday I want to do the SRS.
This is only my example about these three terms, and hope somebody will learn more about these important definitions if where you belong.

So let’s start guys,

What is pre-op transwoman?

Pre-op transwoman means not undergone SRS yet, means she still has the male genitalia. Additional info – even if undergo a breast augmentation or any surgical operations except the male genitalia, you still belongs to pre-op trans women. And even if are in hormonal replacement therapy you still belong in pre-op transwoman category.

What is post-op transwoman?

Post-op transwoman means if your already undergone SRS simply from the word itself POST it means after, so meaning to say undergone for SRS already.

What is non-op transwoman?

Simply describe to a transwoman that doesn’t like undergoing SRS or no plan for undergoing SRS and they are comfortable with their male genitalia.

SRS stands for sex reassignment surgery or simply it means sex change. Pre-op, post-op and non-op, it’s just all about SRS, and these three terms have nothing to do with hormones, clothes you wear, or breast implants.

This is some questions guys ask me if transwoman gets pregnant? My answer is NO. Transwoman can’t get pregnant even if she’s undergone surgery or SRS.

  1. Hey,

I do have interest in Trans, But I’m kinda confused… Please, Can Trans Get Pregnant and gave a birth to a baby?

    Regards,
    Kelly.

    1. Tell me Kelly, you get dropped on the head when you were young? If you’re just being a smart ass you’re not very good at it. Why not find a site where you can make fun of Down’s Syndrome or autistic people?

  2. I was approached by a pre op trans for a casual relationship. But am confused, in such a case is sex done the ‘anal’ route ?

  3. I’m going to Colombia to meet the tg of my dreams. Anybody have any experience with the scene there? I’ve corresponding with a tg woman for a few months. We’re meeting up in a couple of weeks. Through our chatting on line I think I’m in love with her. Luckily I speak pretty good Spanish. Any suggestions?

  4. I’m very interested in sharing and to explore and learn more about the lgbt community. Add me on fb Petra. Thanks
